Overview
Board is a light-tier board plugin for multi-saas-kit. It covers notices, FAQ, one-to-one inquiries, support posts, and legal/policy pages where communication is mostly operator-to-customer.
Scope
It is suitable for basic SaaS operations communication: admin posts, optional user comments, customer support, and policy pages. Full community features such as real-time discussions, follows, mentions, trust levels, badges, and advanced search are out of scope.
Alternative
For full community use cases, connect an external OSS community such as Flarum through ExternalSsoModule.
